ROUTER VCO

The VCO router was developed for fast and precise routing of openings and cut outs in timber frame construction. By using special and precisely adjustable cutters (Ø 6 - 12 mm), planking made of OSB, fermacell® and all other common gypsum fiberboards can be processed. The machine is therefore the ideal and flexible companion for the professional implementation of your drywall projects.

The strength of the VCO router lies in its application: the large-format boards can be mounted on the wooden frame over their entire surface before the cutouts are created using a special end mill with a thrust ring – without measuring, marking or the use of guide rails.

All that is required to use the VCO router is to drill or tap a hole on which it is placed. The thrust bearing then enables the contour to be scanned, whereby both window and door cutouts are milled out cleanly and flush with the frame. The precision of the machining comes into its own in the corners. In this respect, our router scores particularly well in comparison to sawing.

With the help of a rail adapter, our router can also be used with a V-groove cutter. This allows you, for example, to produce smaller quantities of high-quality drywall shapes from plasterboard. The machine is suitable for the Mafell rail system.

The powerful motor convinces with a power of 2.6 kW and thus guarantees a fast feed of the router – even with hard materials up to a thickness of 65 mm. The sturdy and heavy base also ensures tilt-free and safe use of the machine on the wall elements. This saves you valuable time in drywall construction while ensuring maximum quality.
