PERFECT VACUUM AND BONDING
Our drywall accessories let you work with our machines more cleanly and efficiently. Thus, there are two techniques in particular, which we have been constantly developing for over 10 years. Always in consultation with drywallers to optimally adapt the products to practice.
Vacuum technology
The professional extraction system for stationary machines is suitable for general cleaning tasks and is suitable for spot extraction from hand-held devices and table machines. Especially when working and processing cementitious and gypsum-containing materials. In addition to its mobility, the so-called cyclone effect in particular ensures a consistently high extraction performance. The robust design makes it ideal for all requirements in the construction site area. In principle, however, it can also be used universally as a light and at the same time powerful vacuum cleaner.
Up to 90% of the dust is separated by the upstream cyclone separator. This significantly extends the service life of the vacuum cleaner filter. By using a pre-separator, your extraction system is suitable for extracting even the largest quantities of dust with permanently higher suction power.
Adhesive technology
Especially when it comes to the right bonding technique, opinions vary. So drywallers found and adopted a wide variety of bonding techniques.
To meet these requirements, we have a wide product portfolio for hotmelt technology. Glue sticks, cartridges or granules are used. The primary difference is usually the processing speed.
So while the glue itself requires a decision, the right glue gun is also about different aspects. We have two types of glue guns in our range:
- Tank melting gun with pneumatic discharge
- Hot glue gun with electric feeder
With the hot glue gun, the 18mm glue sticks are heated by two electric motors and are thus quickly ready for use. Without a compressor, the best gluing results are thus possible.
These are also no problem with our cold bonding technology. This is because our PU adhesive was explicitly developed for use with materials containing gypsum. The characteristic foaming was minimized in order to exclude pressure forces on drywall parts.
